To enable individuals, organizations, charities and companies to swap goods and services by their mutual agreement. Swap Republic is a swap shop site which you can use almost exactly like a normal forum (sometimes called a bulletin board). Swapping can be fun when exchanging things like DVDs or Games, but there is no reason for larger commercial and non commercial organizations to swap amongst themselves as well. For instance, a bar could swap a keg of beer for a large mirror with a charity store that's needing refreshments for a fund raising event.
